Ohio Lottery Player Wins $1 Million-a-Year-for-Life Top Prize; Second Ohio Winner This Year

For the second time this year, an Ohio Lottery player has won the top prize in the new Millionaire for Life® game: $1 million a year for life.

The winning ticket matched all six numbers drawn last night: 14, 19, 36, 41, 42 and Millionaire Ball™ 2. The winner may choose to receive the prize as an annuity with guaranteed payments for 20 years or as a one-time cash payment of $18 million.

This marks the third top-prize win since Millionaire for Life® launched in February 2026. The previous top prizes were won in the April 27, 2026 drawing in Ohio and the May 21, 2026 drawing in New York.
