Powerball’s biggest jackpot of the year is up for grabs in tomorrow night’s drawing.
The advertised jackpot has climbed to an estimated $600 million, with a cash option of $262.8 million.
The Powerball® jackpot has been rolling all summer and has not been won since May 2, 2026, when two tickets sold in Florida and Texas split a $20 million jackpot.
If a lucky player wins the jackpot tomorrow night, they may choose to receive the prize as an annuity, paid out in 30 graduated payments over 29 years, or as a one-time lump-sum cash payment. Both prize options are before taxes.
Powerball's recent expansion into the United Kingdom does not affect the game's ticket price, odds, prize structure or drawing process. Every ticket has the same chance to win, regardless of where it is purchased, and increased participation can help drive larger jackpots for all players.
Powerball tickets cost $2 per play. Powerball is currently sold in 45 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom.
More than half of every $2 Powerball ticket purchase stays in the jurisdiction where it is sold, helping fund public programs and services that benefit local communities. The overall odds of winning a prize are 1 in 24.9. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 292.2 million.
