The Powerball jackpot continues its impressive climb and is now drawing closer to becoming one of the top ten largest jackpots in game history.
Tonight’s jackpot is estimated at $748 million, with a cash value of $325.1 million. It is the largest Powerball jackpot since a $1.817 billion prize won in Arkansas on Christmas Eve 2025, which remains the second-largest jackpot ever won in the game.

If a player from a participating U.S. lottery wins tonight’s jackpot, they may choose to receive the prize as an annuity, paid in 30 graduated payments over 29 years, or as a one-time lump-sum payment. Both prize options are before taxes.
While no ticket matched all six numbers drawn on Saturday, players across the country won substantial prizes. Five winning Match 5 tickets were sold in California (3), Maryland and Texas. The Match 5 prize is set cash prize of $1 million, except in California where prize payouts are pari-mutuel and determined by sales and the number of winners.
There was also a winning Match 5 + Power Play ticket worth $2 million sold in Virginia.
Tonight’s drawing will be the 40th drawing in the current jackpot run. The jackpot was last won on May 2 by two tickets in Florida and Texas that split a $20 million jackpot.
Powerball tickets cost $2 per play and are sold in 45 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom.
More than half of every $2 Powerball ticket purchase remains in the jurisdiction where it is sold, helping fund public programs and services that benefit local communities. Since 1992, Powerball has generated an estimated $38 billion for good causes, including education and scholarships, veteran services, parks and recreation, and more.
