The first Lotto America® jackpot of 2024 has been won in Minnesota! A single ticket in Minnesota matched all six numbers in the Monday night drawing to win a jackpot worth $3.73 million. The jackpot has a cash value of $1.78 million.
The winning numbers in the Monday, March 4 Lotto America drawing were red balls 4, 5, 8, 22, 47 and blue Star Ball 6. The All Star Bonus® multiplier number was 2X.
The lucky ticketholder will have the choice between an estimated annuity of $3.73 million, paid in 30 graduated payments over 29 years, or a lump sum payment of $1.78 million. Both prize options are before taxes.
The Lotto America jackpot was previously won in Tennessee on Dec. 27, 2023, by a ticket that won a jackpot worth $3.10 million. Last night’s Lotto America drawing was the 29th drawing in the jackpot run.
There was also a ticket in Iowa that matched all five red balls in last night’s drawing to win a $20,000 prize. Altogether, the drawing produced more than 26-thousand winning tickets.
